This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by Generations, when website domains it owns/operates are accessed, as well as during its programs, activities, and events.

Generations can view your personal information if you provide it to us. This information may include: names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses. Generations collects this information in a variety of ways. For example, by sending a message to us, commenting on our pages, donating to our organization, and signing forms at our programs, activities, and events.
Generations does not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information it collects to a third party, unless otherwise specified. User information will not be used for commercial use.
You are not required to provide information to Generations to use website domains it owns/operates.

When using website domains owned/operated by Generations, information may be acquired through the websites or data processors used to run the websites. This information is non-personal information with no direct association of any specific individual. Communications
If you wish to receive email updates from Generations, you will be asked to provide your contact information. If you have provided your contact information, but no longer wish to receive emails from Generations, please email info@generationsusa.org and ask to be removed from the contact list. If you would like to update or change your contact information, please also email info@generationsusa.org with your preferred contact information.
When inquiries are emailed to Generations, we store emails and email addresses so we can respond electronically.
Unless otherwise required by statute, we do not identify publicly who sends questions or comments to our websites.
Photo & Media Policy
Generations believes using photos from our programs, activities, and events foster a greater sense of community. Generations uses photos for publicity, fundraising, and to enhance the quality of our print materials, newsletters, social media accounts, and websites owned/operated by Generations. All images taken and shared by Generations are those in which individuals have given permission to use.
Occasionally, Generations will post information such as a first name in the caption of a photo. No special compensation shall be provided to any individual included in images taken at Generations programs, activities, and events. Generations does not contact individuals to notify them if or when their images are used.
External Links to Third Parties
This privacy policy extends to all websites owned/operated by Generations, its programs, activities, and events. Websites owned/operated by Generations may contain external links to third party websites. Your activity on those third-party websites is governed by the security and policies of those sites. Donor Privacy Policy
Generations collects and uses various pieces of information from persons and entities donating to the organization. The information Generations collects includes but is not limited to names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and amounts donated. Generations uses secure online and mobile payment processing services to accept donations.
United States tax laws require Generations to keep contribution levels and contact information of donors on file.
We will only use the contact information of our donors for the following purposes:
· Distributing receipts
· Thanking and recognizing donors for their contributions
· Informing donors about upcoming programs, activities, and events
· Internal analysis and record keeping
· Reporting to relevant US federal and state agencies
Generations will not share, sell, rent, or lease donor information to other individuals or entities. The identity of donors requesting anonymity will not be shared publicly, unless required by law.
All access to donor financial information is limited to staff who need to process the data. No such data is given to any person, organization, or group.
